come along for a fun relaxed evening using guided meditation, using various activities working as a group and independently.
the class is for all levels but it would be beneficial if you have had some experience of spiritual development.
no tickets or items will be sent to you. Your payment is your confirmation. Just arrive at the Retreat, lyndhurst road at 7:15pm and I’ll great you there.
